At eDog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we make it easy to swap sizes or receive a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
