How to Use

1. Charge up: Plug in both the remote and receiver using the included Type-C cable. A full charge takes around 2.5 hours.

2. Pair the devices: Follow the quick start guide to sync the remote with your receiver. One remote can control up to two collars.

3. Fit the collar: Adjust the TPU strap snugly. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

4. Choose your mode: Pick between beep, vibration or static on the LCD screen. Start on the lowest setting and work up to your dog’s response level.

5. Train calmly + consistently: Use short, clear commands and reward positive behaviour. Keep sessions light, and use the safety lock feature to avoid accidental taps.

Intelligent Protection Mode: To prevent overstimulation, the collar pauses if it’s triggered for more than 10 seconds or 20 times in a short period. It resets after 5 seconds of rest. We’ve included these built-in safeguards to help you keep training balanced and on track.
